🍯 Terms of Service
Tell Me Honey LLC · Last updated: June 2026
Welcome. Tell Me Honey is meant to be a warm, friendly companion — a place for a laugh, a kind word, a story, a prayer, and gentle encouragement. By using the app, you agree to these terms. We’ve kept them as plain as we can.
What Honey is
Tell Me Honey is a companion and entertainment app. Honey can chat, tell jokes, share verses and facts, read stories and prayers, help you keep lists, and offer gentle wellness encouragement like tracking habits and moods.
What Honey is not
This is important, and we say it plainly:
- Honey is not a medical, mental health, or professional service. Nothing in the app is medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or therapy. The wellness, nutrition, and foraging content is general information and encouragement only — not professional guidance.
- Honey is not a substitute for a doctor, therapist, dietitian, or other professional. Always seek the advice of a qualified professional for any health, medical, dietary, or mental health concern. Never disregard or delay professional advice because of something in the app.
- Honey is an AI companion, not a real person and not a relationship that replaces human connection. Please don’t rely on Honey in place of real people and real support in your life.
- In an emergency, call your local emergency number or a crisis line. Honey cannot help in a crisis.
Foraging and food content — a special note
Honey shares foraging and edible-plant information for interest and education only. Never eat any wild or foraged plant unless you are completely certain of its identity and safety. Misidentified plants can be harmful or deadly. You are solely responsible for anything you choose to gather or eat. When in doubt, leave it be.
Faith and prayer content
Honey includes prayers and gentle faith-friendly content, offered warmly and never forced. It is provided for comfort and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any particular church or religious organization. You’re welcome to use it, set it aside, or add your own.
Your content
Anything you create in the app — your notes, recordings, prayers, and the like — belongs to you and is stored on your device. You are responsible for what you record and create, and for making sure you have the right to record it (for example, only recording your own voice, or a voice you have permission to record). Please don’t use the app to create anything unlawful, harmful, or that infringes someone else’s rights.
Acceptable use
Please use Honey kindly and lawfully. Don’t try to break, misuse, or reverse-engineer the app, overload our systems, or use it to harm others. We may suspend access that is abusive or that puts the service or others at risk.
Free tier, free trial, and paid subscriptions
To use Tell Me Honey, you provide your first name and email — this is true for every tier, including the free one. Some features are part of a paid subscription. Here’s how it works:
- The Pint tier is free to use for as long as you like, with just your first name and email — no payment information required.
- You can taste the Quart tier free for one week without entering any payment information. After the week, if you don’t choose to subscribe, you simply return to the free Pint tier — you are never charged automatically.
- If you choose to subscribe to a paid tier (Quart or Gallon), prices and what each tier includes are shown in the app before you pay.
- Subscriptions are billed through your app store — Apple’s App Store on iPhone and iPad, or Google Play on Android — using their secure in-app purchase systems. By subscribing, you also agree to that store’s terms. We never see or store your payment details.
- Paid subscriptions renew automatically each billing period unless you cancel.
- You can cancel anytime in your device’s subscription settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions on iPhone, or the Play Store on Android). You’ll keep your paid features until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Refunds for subscription payments are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
No guarantees
We work hard to keep Honey running well, but the app is provided “as is.” We can’t promise it will always be available, error-free, or that every feature will work perfectly on every device. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Tell Me Honey LLC is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
Changes
We may update the app and these terms over time. If we make meaningful changes, we’ll post the updated terms here with a new date. Continuing to use the app means you accept the current terms.
